Get Fit and Stay Fit!

Get Fit over Forty is a blended physical training program that combines breathing, posture, balance, yoga, aerobics, strength training, and proper nutrition to help women and men from forty to ninety-seven to painlessly execute activities of daily living ADL such as walking, lifting items, climbing stairs, yard work, sports and other leisure pursuits.

Founder Paul "Get Fit - Stay Fit" Clark has developed a proven program that delivers positive quality of life changes for diverse groups of senior women throughout Southeastern Michigan. The following YouTube video explains his approach in more detail.
